Planning: 2016 – 2018 Realisation: 2019 – 2021 Organ: until 2022

The marktkirche which was built in 1639 is the biggest wooden church in Germany, a cultural monument at high level. The main task of the renovation under the monumental trust regulations is split in architecture, work of art and a new build of the organ under historical aspects.

The major tasks of renovating are:
1. Monumental renovating the substance in the inside with improving the outer wall building physics.
2. Improving the atmosphere, installing a new heating and ventilation system.
3. Renovating the inside with remodelling the interior, in view of the acoustic and lighting circumstances.
4. Building a new organ under historical aspects.

All actions are coordinated with the church and the state historic preservation.
